1. The Services:

Flying Changes Riding School will provide client with access to riding classes based on which program they choose.  The bronze program includes access to a maximum of four riding classes every month.  The silver includes access to a maximum of eight riding classes every month.  And the Gold program includes access to a maximum of twelve riding classes every month.   The riding classes will be 30 minute privates.  Flying Changes Riding School will be closed 6 weeks per year to give the lesson horses a break, allow students to compete at horse shows and not to miss lessons, to run special events, and even to give riding instructors a break. The weeks that are off will be communicated via the attached calendar and available on our website.  Flying Changes Riding School will also provide access to a group unmounted horsemanship class each week that they are open.

There is no guarantee that a student will receive the maximum number of classes in a given month.  The student will receive access to our online class booking calendar and it is their responsibility to book classes.   It may be the case that some months the client gets sick, or the available classes don’t work for the client’s schedule for a number of reasons.  In this situation-  A maximum of one unused class from the previous month will rollover to the following month.  If the lesson is not used in the following month it expires. Lessons must be canceled 24 hours prior in order to be rescheduled.

3.   Compensation and Payment Terms

Our monthly tuition price is based on the annual value.  Client will put a credit or debit card on file, and it will be automatically charged the amounts below based on which program and which term they choose. 

The Bronze Package:  $349 every month. The Silver Package: $699 every month. The Gold Package: $997 every month.

Your month begins the day you enroll- and the maximum amount of lessons that you are permitted to take must be used before the same date on the following month.  For example if you enroll on September 5th into the Bronze package- you have until October 5th to take advantage of your 4 riding classes.   

6. Release of Liability

I acknowledge the risks and potential for risks of horseback riding and activities in and around a facility where horses are kept and farm machinery operated.  However, I feel that the possible benefits to me/my son/my daughter/my ward are greater than the risk assumed.  Intending legally to bind myself, my heirs, and assigns, executors or administrators, I hereby waive and release forever all claims for loss or damages of any kind against Brian Wee, Elizabeth Wee, Kim Williams, Mary Gubisch and anyone working at 15202 Carrs Mill Rd, Woodbine, MD, 21797 for any and all injuries and losses that I/my son/my daughter/my ward may sustain while participating.  This release includes without limitation the risk of negligent instruction and supervision.  I engage in activities at 15202 Carrs Mill Rd, Woodbine, MD, 21797 voluntarily with knowledge of the risks and I assume all risks of injury, death, and property damage that may result.  I agree to bear any loss myself.  I acknowledge that Brian and Elizabeth Wee are materially relying on this waiver and assumption of risk in allowing me/my son/my daughter/my ward to participate in activities at 15202 Carrs Mill Rd, Woodbine, MD, 21797

8. Credit Card Authorization Statement

I, authorize Flying Changes Riding School to charge my credit card for agreed-upon services and fees. I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Authorization: I authorize Flying Changes Riding School to charge my credit card for monthly membership fees, additional services, and any applicable charges incurred during enrollment.

2. No Refunds: I acknowledge that all payments made to Flying Changes Riding School are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. No Chargebacks: I agree not to initiate any chargebacks against Flying Changes Riding School for payments made. Chargebacks are prohibited and may result in additional fees and legal action.

4. No Blocking of Payments: I agree not to block or stop payment on any credit card charges to Flying Changes Riding School. Doing so may result in termination of services and legal consequences.

5. Authorization Duration: This authorization will remain in effect until I provide written notification of cancellation through the drop form to Flying Changes Riding School. A 60-day notice is required for cancellation, during which commitments and payments will continue until 60 days after our office processes the drop form.

6. No make up lessons: I understand that no makeup lessons will be given for lessons I can not attend or cancel due to illness or any other reason.
